Actors Kwak Dong-yeon, Ko Sung-hee, Kang Min-ah and Bae Hyeon-seong will star in the upcoming comedy series "Gaus Electronics," according to KT Studio Genie and Pan Entertainment on Monday.
Based on a webtoon of the same title, the series is set in an office of a multinational company called Gaus Electronics. It highlights the highs and lows of corporate life and love and friendship between protagonists, who work for the company's home electronics marketing department.
In the show, the marketing department is an unpopular post. Kwak plays Lee Sang-sik, who is bad at reading the room. Ko plays Cha Na-rae, Lee's boss who is always stressed out because of him.
Kang plays Geon-Gang-Mi, who normally holds herself to strict standards but becomes uncontrollable when drunk. Bae plays Baek Ma-tan, the heir to Gaus Electronics' competitor Power Group.
The series will be available to stream on Olleh TV and Seezn in the late half of 2022.
