In 2023, it was designated as a provincial DCMM implementation county, earning the title of "Outstanding Contributor to the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization in Shandong Province." Besides, around the four aspects of strengthening enterprises, industries, regions, and supply chains, efforts to enhance digital transformation in manufacturing have been implemented to guide enterprises in "intelligent reform and digital transformation," and promote the deep integration of digitization with equipment R&D, production, warehousing, logistics, and maintenance services. Guanxian County was recognized as a pilot county for the "Morning Star Factory" for the digital economy in Shandong Province.

Hered (Shandong) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., located in Guanxian County Economic Development Zone, sold 5,000 sets of aerial operation platform equipment last year, generating a sales revenue of 210 million yuan. Its crawler-style products ranked China's top three in sales, with exports to markets such as the United States, Singapore, South Korea, and Turkiye. The key to keeping such traditional equipment evergreen lies in its "intelligent reform and digital transformation."
