Meydan은 두바이에서 가장 인기 있는 주거 지역 중 하나다. 공간 설계를 통해 변혁적인 생활을 제시하는 이 프로젝트는 주민의 신체, 정신 및 정서적 건강을 개선하기 위해 조성된 환경에 자연을 주입하는 '바이오 리빙' 개념을 통해 주민이 자연에 몰입할 수 있도록 개발된 중동 최초의 주택 프로젝트다. Keturah Reserve는 빌라와 침실이 각각 1~4개인 아파트로 구성된 슈퍼홈을 제공한다. 이 프로젝트의 편의시설로는 넓은 공용 구역, 야외 수영장, 남녀 체육관, 스파, 레스토랑 및 의료시설 등이 포함된다.

프로젝트의 기타 활동으로는 필라테스 스튜디오, 수상 자전거 수영장, 실크 로프 수업, 옥상 명상 및 요가 공간 등이 있다. 이들 공간은 모두 안에서부터 밖으로 신체 코어를 강화하도록 설계됐다.

프로젝트의 중심에는 공원이 있다. 300,000ft² 면적에 무성하게 조경된 공원 공간은 주민이 재충전하고, 사교 활동을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 세계 곳곳에서 수천 년 된 올리브 나무를 공수함으로써 올리브 나무 농부와 농장 주인에서 시작된 Al Gaddah 가문의 기원을 상기시킨다.

Keturah Reserve 주택은 자연광을 최대한 포착해 열이나 반사 없이 실내 공간 곳곳에 부드럽게 전파하도록 각도를 설정했다. 두 배나 넓은 실내 공간은 자연 냉각된 공기 흐름을 늘려 에어컨을 작동시킬 필요성을 줄인다. 회랑이나 복도 없이 오픈 플랜식으로 공간을 설계했고, 통행 흐름을 최적화하기 위해 각 공간에 따라 맞춤 디자인한 가구와 비품을 제작했다.

MAG UNVEILS AED 3 BILLION KETURAH RESERVE AT MEYDAN, DUBAI

DUBAI, UAE, Nov. 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- MAG, the leading real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the launch of Keturah Reserve, an AED 3 billion exclusive and innovative new luxury residential development in Meydan, one of Dubai's most sought-after residential areas. The project offers transformational living through the design of space and is the first residential development in the Middle East to immerse residents in nature through the 'Bio Living' concept that incorporates nature into the built environment to improve the physical, mental and emotional health of its occupants. Keturah Reserve is scheduled to be completed by Q2 2025.

Keturah Reserve's homes are angled to capture and maximise natural daylight, gently diffusing it throughout the interior without heat or glare. Double-volume interior spaces increase the flow of naturally cooled air, reducing the need for air conditioning. The open-plan spaces are also designed without corridors or hallways, with custom-designed furniture and fixtures produced for each space to optimise the flow of passage.

Keturah Reserve, which is part of the new luxury real estate and hospitality brand Keturah, is designed by renowned architect Charlie Wu.
