내과 진단 및 근골격계 시술 환경 고려한 기능과 고주파 프로브 소개
■ NEW 버전 플래그십 모델 ' X-CUBE 90 with Elite'
X-CUBE 90 with Elite는 다양한 임상 환경에서 활용할 수 있도록 영상 해상도와 조직 표현력을 강화한 초음파 시스템이다. 싱글크리스탈 기반의 X⁺ Crystal Signature 기술과 X⁺ FIT 빔포밍 기술을 바탕으로 작은 신호도 구별 할 수 있도록 민감도를 대폭 향상했으며 X⁺ Focus 영상 처리 기술을 통해 작은 병변도 보다 명확하게 확인할 수 있도록 설계됐다. 또한 23.8인치 베젤리스 모니터와 사용자 중심 인터페이스를 적용해 의료진이 직관적으로 장비를 사용할 수 있도록 했다.
간 패키지 기능인 ATI(Attenuation Tissue Imaging)와 2D Shear Wave Elastography(SWE) 기능을 통해 대사 이상 지방간질환을 비롯한 간 질환, 유방, 갑상선 질환의 진단에 활용할 수 있으며 혈류를 입체적으로 표현하는 Bril liant Flow와 저속 혈류를 표현해주는 X⁺ MicroView 기능을 통해 혈류 및 미세혈관을 확인할 수 있도록 지원한다.
■ 근골격계(MSK) 진단 및 시술 환경 고려
근골격계(MSK) 진단 및 초음파 유도 시술 환경도 고려했다. 공간 합성 영상 알고리즘을 적용해 니들의 가시성을 높였으며, 센터라인 기능을 통해 시술 시 위치 확인을 돕는다. 또한 근골격계 진단과 시술을 위한 프로브 라인업도 함께 전시한다.
최대 25MHz 고주파를 지원하는 L10 25H 프로브는 표재 구조 관찰에 활용할 수 있으며, 초슬림 디자인의 하키스틱 프로브 IO7-18는 좁은 부위 접근성을 고려해 설계됐다. 또한 SL3-19X와 같은 고성능 싱글크리스탈 리니어 프로브는 니들 접촉이 잦은 시술 환경을 고려하여 내구성 소재를 적용해 반복적인 시술에서도 안정적으로 사용할 수 있도록 했다.
■ 개원의 위한 NEW 버전의 보급형 초음파 시스템 'X-CUBE 50'
함께 전시되는 X-CUBE 50 역시 최신 버전의 적용을 통해 기능이 개선된 보급형 초음파 시스템이다. 총 18종의 프로브 라인업을 지원해 내과, 정형외과, 비뇨기과 등 다양한 진료과에서 활용할 수 있도록 설계됐다.
안정적인 영상 품질을 기반으로 인체 공학적인 디자인을 적용해 장시간 검사 환경에서도 사용 편의성을 고려했으며, 다양한 자동 측정 기능을 통해 검사 과정에서의 업무 효율 향상을 지원한다. 이러한 기능들은 개원의 환경에서의 활용성을 고려해 설계됐다.
알피니언 관계자는 "이번 KIMES 전시를 통해 다양한 진료과에서 활용 가능한 초음파 장비 라인업을 소개하고 실제 임상에서 활용되는 기능을 중심으로 제품을 선보일 예정"이라고 말했다.

Introduction of Features and High Frequency Probes Designed for General Imaging Diagnostics and Musculoskeletal Procedures
ALPINION Medical Systems, an ultrasound medical device manufacturer under ILJIN Group, announced that it will showcase its ultrasound product lineup, including the X-CUBE 90 with Elite and X-CUBE 50, at the 41st Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2026).
At this exhibition, ALPINION plans to introduce ultrasound systems applicable across various clinical applications, including general imaging, orthopedics, rehabilitation medicine, and urology. The products will be presented with a focus on diagnostic features used in routine clinical practice.
■ NEW Version Flagship Model: X-CUBE 90 with Elite
The X-CUBE 90 with Elite is an ultrasound system designed to enhance image resolution and tissue characterization for use in diverse clinical environments.
Based on single-crystal-based X Crystal⁺ Signature™ technology and X FIT beam-⁺ forming technology, the system significantly improves sensitivity, enabling the detection of weak signals. Additionally, X Focus image⁺ processing technology allows clearer visualization of small lesions. The system also features a 23.8-inch bezel-less monitor and a user-centric interface, enabling clinicians to operate the equipment intuitively.
For liver assessment, the system provides ATI(Attenuation Tissue Imaging) and 2D Shear Wave Elastography(SWE) as part of its liver package, supporting the diagnosis of liver diseases, including metabolic dysfunction–as-sociated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), as well as breast and thyroid disorders.
Furthermore, Brilliant Flow, which provides a three-dimensional appearance of blood flow to understanding of vessel structure, and X⁺ MicroView, which enables visualization of low-velocity blood flow, support detailed assessment of vascular flow and microvasculature.
■ Designed for Musculoskeletal(MSK) Diagnosis and Ultrasound-Guided Procedures
The system also considers clinical environments for musculoskeletal(MSK) diagnosis and ultrasound-guided interventions.
A spatial compound imaging algorithm enhances needle visibility, while the centerline function assists with positional guidance during procedures.
In addition, a range of probes designed for MSK diagnostics and procedures will be exhibited. The L10-25H probe, supporting ultra-high frequencies up to 25MHz, enables detailed evaluation of superficial structures. The IO7-18 slim hockey stick probe is designed to facilitate access to narrow anatomical regions.
Additionally, high-performance single crystal linear probes, such as the SL3-19X, incorporate durable materials to withstand frequent needle contact in interventional settings, ensuring stable performance during repeated procedures.
■ NEW Version Ultrasound System for Private Clinics: X-CUBE 50
The X-CUBE 50, also featured at the exhibition, is a compact ultrasound system with en- hanced functionality through the latest version update.
It supports a probe lineup of 18 types, allowing application across multiple clinical departments, including general imaging, orthopedics, and urology.
Based on stable image quality, the system incorporates an ergonomic design to ensure ease of use during long examinations. In addition, various automated measurement functions help improve workflow efficiency during diagnostic procedures. These features have been designed with the needs of private clinic environments in mind.
An ALPINION representative stated, "Through this KIMES exhibition, we plan to introduce our ultrasound system lineup applicable to various clinical specialties and present products centered on functions that are actively utilized in real clinical practice."
