A live bullet was found in a trash can at Incheon International Airport on Thursday.
It is a different kind from the ones found on a Korean Air aircraft a week ago.
The 5-milimeter (0.2 inch) rifle bullet was found in the departure hall on the third floor of Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 at 4:23 p.m. on Thursday, according to the airport police.
The ones found on a flight to Manila on March 10 were 9-milimeter pistol bullets. All 230 people on board were subsequently evacuated and the flight was delayed for four hours.
A janitor who was emptying the trash discovered the bullet and gave it to security who reported it to police.
Police are investigating the incident.
