Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Lee Kang-in scored his fourth goal of the 2024-25 Ligue 1 season in his side’s 4-2 win over Strasbourg on Saturday.

Playing as a substitute in the match at Parc des Princes in Paris, Lee was fed the ball by Joao Neves in the penalty area to score his team's final goal, making it 4-1 in the 90th minute.

Strasbourg's Pape Douda Diong pulled one back in stoppage time to end the game at 4-2.

PSG had already seen a smooth start to Saturday’s fixture before Lee appeared on the pitch. Senny Mayulu opened the scoring in the 18th minute, with Marco Asensio doubling that lead in the 47th minute.

Strasbourg bounced back with a goal from Sekou Mara in the 58th minute, but Bradley Barcola provided PSG another goal in the 65th minute before Lee imposed himself on the pitch.

Saturday’s goal was Lee’s fourth in 10 fixtures across all competitions so far this season. All four of them came from Ligue 1 matches.

Lee's latest goal comes in his first match for PSG since returning from international duty for Korea, during which he played in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Jordan and Iraq that ended with two wins for the Taeguk Warriors.

Lee did not pick up a goal or assist in either game, where newer picks like Oh Se-hun, Oh Hyeon-gyu and Bae Jun-ho proved their potential for the squad. The performances marked a brand of football that relied on cohesion rather than on certain players like Lee, Hwang Hee-chan or Son Heung-min.

Lee will be back in action with PSG, as the reigning Ligue 1 champions face PSV Eindhoven at home in the Champions League, where the versatile midfielder has yet to bag a goal this season.

Ligue 1 action will then follow, with PSG facing Marseille on Oct. 27. PSG sit at the top of the league table with 20 points as of press time Sunday.
