Guardian AI Inc., a South Korean company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) for industrial safety, has been selected to take the poster presentation stage at Nvidia GTC 2026, backed by its differentiated AI capabilities.

Nvidia GTC is the world’s largest technology conference hosted by leading U.S. technology company Nvidia Corp., bringing together big tech companies leading the global AI ecosystem and top-tier researchers.

Nvidia described this year’s event as “the most competitive year in GTC’s history,” making Guardian AI’s selection a clear sign that the industrial safety technology of a Korean startup has been objectively recognized in the global market.

At GTC 2026, Guardian AI will present under the theme, “AI-Based Industrial Safety Monitoring: Real-Time Detection and Physics-Informed Safety Risk Inference.”

The presentation will introduce a next-generation AI model that combines spatiotemporal context with physical laws to quantify on-site risk levels and provide managers with immediate recommendations for corrective action.

This achievement represents the culmination of about a year of technology advancement pursued by the company since its selection last year for N&up, a startup incubation program co-hosted by Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Nvidia.

Guardian AI is recognized for successfully building safety solutions optimized for industrial sites through the N&up program, which provided support for Nvidia‘s latest technology stack.

Guardian AI has already demonstrated the effectiveness of its AI safety solution through a proof-of-concept (PoC) at industrial sites operated by the country’s Sampyo Group.

By combining AI-based vision recognition technology with autonomous robots, the company developed a system capable of detecting workers’ personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance and hazardous behaviors such as falls or slips in real time.

This system is linked to an integrated control platform to enable immediate responses when risks arise.

“Being selected for a GTC poster presentation signifies Nvidia‘s recognition of our value in its process of identifying technically compatible partners,” said Lee Sang-hyun, chief executive officer (CEO) of Guardian AI.

“Based on our industrial safety technologies validated through close cooperation with Sampyo Group, we will establish a global standard for K-safety tech in the international market,” he added.
