뷰노, 심전도 검사 일상화 선도…‘하티브’ 전면 배치

키오스크형 ‘K30’ - 휴대형 ‘P30’ 등 심전도 상시 관리 솔루션으로 전환

[의학신문·일간보사=유은제 기자] 국내 1호 인공지능 의료기기 전문기업 뷰노는 'KIMES 2026'에서 자사의 심전도 기반 디지털 헬스케어 솔루션인 'HATIV(하티브)'를 대거 선보인다.

코엑스 A홀(Booth A512)에 마련된 뷰노 부스에서는 병원 중심으로 이뤄지던 심전도 검사를 기업, 공공기관, 학교, 가정 등 일상 공간으로 확장하려는 뷰노의 전략 청사진을 직접 확인할 수 있다.

이번 전시에서 뷰노가 강조하는 하티브의 핵심 방향성은 단발성 검사 위주의 기존 구조에서 벗어나, 반복적인 측정을 통한 상시 건강관리 체계로의 전환이다. 하티브는 의료진의 개입 없이도 약 30초 만에 6유도(6-lead) 심전도를 측정할 수 있도록 고안된 의료기기다.

이를 통해 정상동리듬은 물론 심방세동, 서맥, 빈맥, 심방·심실 조기박동 등 주요 부정맥 리듬의 분석 결과를 도출하며, 측정된 데이터는 연동된 모바일 애플리케이션 '하티브케어'나 인쇄된 결과지로 즉시 확인 가능하다.

특히 주목할 만한 제품은 지난해 3월 출시된 키오스크형 심전도 측정기 'HATIV K30'이다. 이 기기는 사용자가 왼쪽 발을 전극에 올리고 양손으로 전극을 잡는 직관적인 방식으로 30초 내에 심전도 측정 및 분석을 완료한다.

최근 기업의 복지 공간이나 건강검진센터, 공공기관 등을 중심으로 도입이 활발히 이뤄지고 있으며, 혈압계처럼 일상적인 공간에 설치 가능한 '상시 관리형 건강 인프라'로 자리매김하고 있다.

국내 허가 기반 신뢰 확보…글로벌 인증으로 해외 확장 가속

또한 퍼스널 심전도 측정기 'HATIV P30'은 언제 어디서나 심전도를 관리할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 38g, 약 10cm의 초소형 디자인을 자랑하는 이 기기는 2022년 10월 식품의약품안전처의 허가를 받았으며, 무증상 부정맥의 위험이 있는 고령층이나 심혈관 질환 고위험군이 손쉽게 심전도를 모니터링 하는데 최적화되어 있다.

더불어 지난해 3월 유럽 CE MDR 인증을 필두로 7월 인도네시아, 9월 사우디아라비아 등에서 잇따라 의료기기 인허가를 획득하며 글로벌 시장 진출의 발판도 마련했다.

연령 증가에 따라 부정맥 유병률이 높아지고 있지만, 초기 증상이 명확하지 않아 조기 진단에 어려움을 겪는 환자들이 많다. 이에 따라 위험 신호를 포착하기 위한 반복 측정의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 뷰노는 이번 KIMES 2026 현장에 관람객이 직접 하티브를 경험할 수 있는 '체험존'을 운영한다.

관람객들은 직접 측정부터 결과 확인까지 체험하며, 심전도 검사가 특정 증상이 있을 때만 시행하는 것이 아니라 일상적인 건강관리의 지표로 활용될 수 있음을 체감하게 될 전망이다.

Leading routine ECG testing with 'HARTIV' lineup

Shifting to 'continuous monitoring solution' with kiosk-type 'K30,' portable-type 'P30' 

Korea's first-ever AI medical device–specialized company, VUNO, will showcase its ECG-based digital healthcare solution, 'HATIV,' extensively at KIMES 2026.

At the VUNO booth located at COEX A Hall(Booth A512), visitors can explore the company's strategic vision to expand electrocardiograms testing-which has traditionally been hospital-centered-into everyday settings such as workplaces, public institutions, schools, and homes. 

At this exhibition, VUNO is highlighting HATIV's core focus: moving away from one- off tests toward a continuous health management system through repeated measurements. HATIV is designed as a medical device capable of capturing a 6-lead ECG in just 30 seconds without requiring direct intervention from healthcare professionals.

This allows HATIV to analyze key arrhythmias, including normal sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, tachycardia, and premature atrial or ventricular contractions. The recorded data can be accessed immediately through the connected mobile app, HATIV Care, or via printed reports.

A particularly noteworthy product is the kiosk-type ECG device, "HATIV K30," launched in March last year. This device allows users to complete ECG measurement and analysis within 30 seconds using an intuitive method: placing their left foot on an electrode and holding electrodes with both hands.

Lately, HATIV K30 has been actively adopted in corporate wellness spaces, health screening centers, and public institutions, establishing itself as a continuous-monitoring health infrastructure that can be placed in everyday settings, much like a blood pressure monitor. Moreover, the personal ECG device 'HATIV P30' provides users with the ability to monitor their heart activity anytime and anywhere. Weighing just 38g and measuring approximately 10cm, this ultra-compact device received approval from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in October 2022. It is optimized for effortless ECG monitoring, particularly for the elderly at risk of asymptomatic arrhythmia as well as high-risk cardiovascular patients.

In addition, beginning with European CE MDR certification in March last year, HATIV P30 subsequently obtained medical device approvals in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia in July and September, respectively, laying the groundwork for its global market expansion.

While the prevalence of arrhythmias increases with age, many patients face challenges in early diagnosis because initial symptoms are often subtle or unclear. To this end, repeated measurement is becoming ever more important to capture early warning signs. At the KIMES 2026, VUNO will prepare a 'hands-on zone' where visitors can have a first-hand experience to diverse HATIV devices. 

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the entire process-from measurement to result review - allowing them to appreciate that ECG testing can serve not just for symptomatic evaluation, but as a routine health management tool in everyday life.
