ALLDAY PROJECT officially debuts with Shinsegae heiress Annie in the lineup

ALLDAY PROJECT’s debut single ‘FAMOUS’ garners over 18 million views in less than two weeks.

Five-member co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT has officially debuted after first drawing attention for including Annie (Moon Seo-yoon), the eldest daughter of Shinsegae Chairwoman Chung Yoo-kyung.

According to K-pop agency The Black Label, ALLDAY PROJECT made its official debut on Jun. 23 at 6 p.m. with the single “FAMOUS.” The group is the second launched by producer Teddy Park (Park Hong-jun), following MEOVV, and includes members Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Youngseo.

Ahead of their debut, the music video for “FAMOUS” was released on Jun. 16. Shortly after, it reached No. 1 on YouTube’s trending chart and climbed to No. 10 on Melon’s Top 100 chart within five hours of release. As of Jun. 26, the video has surpassed 18 million views.

On Jun. 23, a performance video for another title track, “WICKED,” was released and also trended on YouTube. Additional content, including dance practice videos, has similarly gained traction, each accumulating hundreds of thousands to millions of views.

Experts say ALLDAY PROJECT is gaining momentum with fans thanks to its trendy, polished sound and distinct identity as a co-ed group—still a rarity in the K-pop industry. Music critic Jung Min-jae said, “The group merges hip-hop and pop dance, which are Teddy’s specialties, and adds a unique twist through its co-ed format. Each member brings a refined, urban image, making the group intriguing to watch.”

The group had already sparked interest before debut, largely due to Annie’s family background. She is the daughter of Chairwoman Jung and granddaughter of Shinsegae Group Chairwoman Lee Myung-hee. In a documentary released on the group’s YouTube channel on Jun. 13, Annie revealed that she pursued a music career despite opposition from her family, including her mother. Born in 2002, Annie is also known to have enrolled at Columbia University in the United States prior to debuting.
