Huons N makes Japanese debut, launching vitamins on Qoo10

Launching high-dose vitamin MeritC & Innerset brand products

[Shin-Min Joon, Edaily Reporter] Huons Group’s healthy life care solution provider, Huons N Co., Ltd. (Huons N) is expanding its global reach marking its entry into the Japanese market.

Huons N announced on June 12 that it officially launched its vitamin products on Japan’s leading online shopping platform Qoo10 Japan.

Qoo10 Japan operated by eBay Japan, is considered one of the four major open market platforms in the country. Huons N will be introducing its popular vitamin brand products on Qoo10 Japan, aiming to enhance brand awareness and expand its customer base in the Japanese market.

Huons N has launched nine products in the initial sales lineup upon entering Qoo10 Japan. The lineup includes four products from Huons N’s premium vitamin brand ‘MeritC’ △MeritC 2,000mg △MeritC 3,000mg △MeritC Liposome vitaminC Triple Shot △MeritC Multi Vitamin Mineral Gummy. The other health functional food products available include △White Glutathione 250 △Elastin Collagen △Arginine Power 6000 △Psyllium Seed Husk Dietary Fiber △Innerset Honeybush Skin Solution.

Huons N plans to focus on securing new customers and enhancing brand affinity by implementing customized marketing strategies that take into account the characteristics of the local Japanese market. Starting with entering the Japanese market, the company plans to expand into overseas markets.

“We expect to attract new customers by increasing the product accessibility to Japanese consumers through Qoo10 Japan. We will emphasize differentiated product capabilities and competitiveness to increase our brand awareness on the platform and contribute to diversifying sales channels and increasing sales,” said an official from Huons N.

Meanwhile, Huons N is a spin off from Huons’ health functional food business which merged with Huons’ subsidiary Huons Foodience in May. Huons N has completed all in one business structure for specialized health functional foods that connects R&D on ingredients to manufacturing, marketing and logistics into a single value chain.
