Kakaopay, RoboTastic partner up for digital financial automation

South Korea’s Kakaopay Securities Corp. said on Thursday that it entered a business partnership with RoboTastic Limited, a Hong Kong-based company that provides advanced automation solutions, the previous day to promote digital finance automation.

In this partnership, Kakaopay Securities plans to work with RoboTastic to enhance the efficiency of the entire process of handling and managing overseas stock transactions and to improve customer service quality.

Specifically, the company will apply RoboTastic‘s core technologies - including speech-to-text (STT), natural language understanding (NLU), robotic process automation (RPA), and text analysis (TA) - to its operations to enable user communication and business automation.

“We will focus on reducing operational resources previously allocated to repetitive tasks and reallocating them to high-value-added, user-centric services to improve the user experience,” a company official said.
