Samsung Electro to showcase next-gen tech at exhibition in Germany

Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. announced on Tuesday that it will showcase its next-generation electronic component technologies at electronica 2024, the world’s largest electronic components exhibition, in Munich, Germany.

Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the event brings together over 3,000 global electronic component companies and attracts more than 80,000 visitors. Samsung Electro-Mechanics has participated in the event since 2002.

This year, Samsung Electro-Mechanics is presenting its latest advancements, including multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) designed for artificial intelligence (AI) and servers, flip-chip ball grid array (FCBGA) packaging, automotive MLCCs, and camera modules.

The showcase features cutting-edge miniaturization and high-capacity technology, next-generation package substrates such as 2.1D, embedded, and glass substrates, and car electronics solutions designed for autonomous driving technology and electric vehicles.
