Four Shilla Seoul restaurants make it onto ‘La Liste 2025’

Four fine dining restaurants operated by the Shilla Seoul have been included in the prestigious La Liste 2025, a global culinary guide overseen by the French government. This marks the second consecutive year that all four of the hotel’s restaurants have earned a spot on the coveted list.

The Shilla Seoul stands out as the only hotel in South Korea to have every fine dining restaurant it operates recognized by La Liste. The four honored establishments - La Yeon, Continental, Ariake, and Palsun- were named among the “Top 1000” restaurants in the world.

The hotel announced on Tuesday that it attended the “La Liste 2025 Korea Awards Ceremony,” hosted by the French Embassy in Seoul. This local event served as a prelude to the official La Liste 2025 ceremony in Paris, which will take place in November 2024.

In addition to the hotel’s restaurants, other notable Korean winners include Mingles, Itanic Garden, and CHOI., the restaurant led by Chef Choi Hyun-seok, known for his appearance in TV series, Black and White Chef: Culinary Class Wars. The list also features Hong Bok Gak and EVETT, among a total of 35 recognized Korean restaurants.

To celebrate this recognition, the four fine dining establishments at the Shilla Seoul will offer a special promotion through October 26th, 2024. Guests dining at these restaurants will be treated to a complimentary welcome dish and a glass of rosé champagne as part of the festivities.
