HyunA and Yong Jun-hyung walk down the aisle in matching outfits

Singers HyunA and Yong Jun-hyung held their wedding on Friday evening at an outdoor restaurant in central Seoul.

The wedding began at around 6 p.m. at Samgcheonggak, a popular traditional Korean style restaurant located in Seongbuk District.

HyunA was clad in a white mini dress with red heels. Yong also wore white tuxedo with the collar open instead of closed with a bow tie typical for a groom.

The wedding took place without an officiator or a congratulatory singing performance from friends, according to a Yonhap report.

"I will become a wife who is like a friend that joins my husband in any of his hobbies," HyunA read in a letter. "I will not fear opening my eyes every morning. I will enjoy my life and be happy."

HyunA's stylist and manager also read letters to the couple, according to Yonhap.

U-Know Yunho of boy band TVXQ, entertainer Hong Seok-cheon and singer Uhm Jeong-hwa were present at the wedding.

The wedding comes nine months after the couple announced their relationship on Jan. 18 by posting photos on their respective social media accounts showing them walking hand in hand.

HyunA and Yong were both previously signed to entertainment agency Cube Entertainment as members of girl group 4Minute and boy band Beast, which both debuted in 2009.
