CJ’s Bibigo dumplings land on Qantas in-flight menu

South Korea’s CJ CheilJedang announced on Tuesday that its Bibigo steamed dumplings will be served as part of the in-flight menu on Qantas Airways, Australia’s largest airline. The dumplings, offered in pork and pork-kimchi flavors, will be packaged as a set to allow passengers to enjoy both varieties.

The Bibigo dumplings will be available to passengers on international flights departing from Australia to destinations such as London, Singapore, Manila, and Tokyo, as well as on domestic flights to Perth, starting in October 2024. Notably, this is the first time a non-Korean international airline has introduced Bibigo food on routes that do not include Korea as a destination.

With this debut, CJ CheilJedang aims to further expand its business-to-business footprint in Australia and tap large distribution channels in the region.
