K-pop girl group ILLIT is gearing up to release its second EP "I'll Like You” on Oct. 21. The upcoming album follows the girls’ debut EP, "Super Real Me,” released in March.
Belift Lab, the girl group's agency, said Monday that the upcoming EP is the "second story that will follow the girls’ first EP, 'Super Real Me,’ which talked about their true selves."
"Through 'I'll Like You,' the girls will show their various charms by being bold and straightforward as they seek to find their true selves," the agency said.
ILLIT's new EP began receiving preorders from 10 a.m. Monday. The EP will drop on Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. and the girls will have a fan showcase on the same day.
ILLIT was formed through JTBC’s idol audition program, “R U Next?” (2023), and debuted under Belift Lab, a HYBE subsidiary, in March with “Super Real Me.” As soon as it debuted, the girl group topped both domestic and international charts. "Super Real Me” made its way onto the U.S. Billboard 200, and the title track "Magnetic" entered both the Billboard Hot 100 and the U.K. Official Singles Top 100.
