BTS member Jungkook's documentary opened in theaters across 120 countries on Wednesday.
"Jung Kook: I am Still" follows the artist's solo career, from his first solo single "Seven" (2023) to his album "Golden" released last November, said his agency BigHit Music. It includes exclusive interviews with the artist and his colleagues around the world, as well as behind-the-scenes footage of his solo music.
The documentary will begin screening later in Japan on Oct. 4.
Jungkook's first solo single "Seven (feat. Latto)" debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard’s Hot 100 main singles chart. "3D (feat. Jack Harlow)," the title track of "Golden," landed No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100, making him the only Korean soloist to land two songs in the top five of the Billboard Hot 100. The song also topped Billboard's Digital Song Sales, Global 200 and Global Excl. US charts. He also sold more than 2 million copies of the "Golden" album on the first day of its release, the highest ever for a K-pop soloist.
