Boy band Stray Kids will record a song for the soundtrack of the second season of "Arcane," an animated series produced in a collaboration between Riot Games and Netflix, as the only K-pop group featured.
Stray Kids will contribute track No. 18 of the album "Come Play" along with singers Young Miko and Tom Morello.
The second season of "Arcane" will hit Netflix in November, three years after the first season was released in 2021. The animation is based on the characters and plot of Riot Games' famed video game League of Legends.
Other artists performing for the "Arcane" soundtrack this season include Imagine Dragons, Mako and Twenty One Pilots.
Riot Games has teamed up with K-pop stars for songs in the past, including NewJeans' "Gods," the theme song for the League of Legends World Championships in 2023, and members Soyeon and Miyeon of girl group (G)I-DLE for the game company's project group K/DA.
