Stofskop amateur flat track motorcycle racing in Johannesburg

The annual racing event sees motorcycles of all types race around an oval dirt track with categories including inappropriate road bike, Chops and Bobbers, Plastic Pigs and Moped Mash. With their motto being 'In dust we trust' the racers race to the rule that there are no rules. The Stofskop is a social motorcycle event and is inspired by the idea of opening up flat track riding to all for a fun and affordable day on the dirt oval. The event started in 2016 proving to be a fun day out for both motorcycle enthusiasts and spectators and using a oval dirt race track outside the impoverished mining town of Randfontein to the west of Johannesburg.
