F&F named top job-creator in Korea for 2024

F&F, the parent company of the MLB brand, announced on Thursday that it was selected as one of the “Top Job-Creating Companies in South Korea for 2024.” The award, organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, recognizes companies that have made important contributions to job creation and improving the quality of employment. Only 100 companies receive this honor each year.

F&F has experienced rapid growth thanks to the international expansion of its MLB brand and has actively recruited talented professionals to support its expanding business. The company increased its workforce by 21 percent in 2023 compared to the previous year, significantly contributing to job creation and economic growth. The company has also been proactive in hiring IT professionals to lead its digital transformation, which resulted in the creation of jobs across various sectors.

F&F is also focused on enhancing recruitment and welfare programs to support women and young professionals. The company offers a variety of maternity protection programs for female employees and has implemented fair hiring initiatives aimed at fostering young talent, with women making up more than 60 percent of F&F’s workforce. To support working mothers, F&F provides reduced working hours during early pregnancy and strictly adheres to labor laws regarding parental leave and flexible working hours for parents post-childbirth.
