Lotte Group will use an artificial intelligence-driven marketing system developed by its in-house advertising agency for its group-wide marketing efforts.

Advertisement agency Daehong Communications Inc. said on Monday that the agency’s all-in-one AI marketing system, AIMS, will be applied across all Lotte Group affiliates. This is the first time a major Korean group is adopting an AI system developed by an in-house agency for use across the entire group.

AIMS is the first AI-driven marketing system introduced by Daehong Communications. The platform has AI functions that are optimized for marketing workflows at a glance and supports online collaboration with partners, focusing on enhancing marketers‘ work efficiency.

AIMS integrates AI, big data, cloud technology, and other information and technology solutions to provide 87 customized functions across four key areas: research and data analysis, personalized marketing strategy proposals, content creation, and media operation and performance optimization. It also supports cloud-based collaboration and assists with workflow by learning step-by-step outcomes in real time and applying them to the subsequent stages.
