Boy band Stray Kids will be on the cover of the British edition of famed music magazine Rolling Stone.
Rolling Stone UK revealed the cover of the magazine’s 19th issue on its social media and website on Wednesday. The magazine introduced the boy band as “the powerhouse of K-pop” on the cover. The issue will be available on Sept. 19.
The 26-page article about Stray Kids in Rolling Stone’s new edition will include an interview about the friendship between the eight members and includes photo shoots, according to the boy band’s agency JYP Entertainment.
Stray Kids released its ninth EP, “ATE,” on June 19, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart on Aug 3. The EP sold 232,000 album equivalent units in the first week of release in the United States.
The boy band headlined Lollapalooza Chicago on Aug. 2 and kicked off its world tour, “dominATE,” on Aug. 24 at the KSPO Dome in Songpa District, southern Seoul. The boy band will perform two concerts at the same location over the weekend, and go on to perform in Singapore on Sept. 28.
