South Korean retail conglomerate Lotte Group will launch private labels of Lotte Mart and Lotte Super in Singapore through a partnership with NTUC FairPrice, the country’s largest retailer.

Lotte and NTUC signed a business agreement on Wednesday to supply and sell Lotte’s private label products across FairPrice stores in Singapore.

The signing ceremony, held in Singapore, was attended by key executives such as Lotte’s Vice Chairman and CEO of Lotte Distribution Group HQ Kim Sang-hyun, Lotte Mart and Super CEO Kang Sung-hyun, and NTUC FairPrice CEO Vipul Chawla.

NTUC FairPrice, established in 1973, operates 161 supermarkets and 184 convenience stores across Singapore, with annual sales of 4.5 trillion won ($3.36 billion).

It is recognized as the leading retailer in the region, catering to various segments with differentiated store formats.

Under the deal, Lotte’s private brands Good Today and Yorihada will be launched in FairPrice outlets. In return, FairPrice’s private label products will also be made available in Lotte Mart and Lotte Super stores in Korea.

Lotte also plans to introduce Yorihada Kitchen in the Singapore stores—a dedicated section for freshly prepared foods. Customers will be able to watch the cooking process in an open kitchen setup, with a menu featuring popular Korean dishes such as tteokbokki, gimbap, and fried chicken.

Lotte’s private brands have already established a global footprint, with Good Today and Yorihada being exported to 13 countries, including Vietnam, Mongolia, and Hong Kong, offering over 500 different products in international markets.
