Users can access the merger site by searching for “SK innovation” on Naver, which will take them directly to the merger site, where they can review details about the company‘s enhanced competitiveness, financial stability, and merger synergies.

The company created the site to facilitate direct communication with shareholders considering the potential impact of mergers on stock prices.

Shareholders can vote on the merger agenda electronically, eliminating the need to attend the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Tuesday.

SK innovation has also been engaging with key institutional investors and analysts by holding briefings and sending shareholder letters.
