Boy band NCT’s Jaehyun will release his solo debut full-length album “J” on Aug. 26, his agency SM Entertainment said Wednesday.
The album includes a total of eight tracks; Korean and English versions of the lead track "Smoke," “Roses,” “Flamin’ Hot Lemon,” “Dandelion,” “Completely,” “Easy” and “Can’t Get You.”
“Smoke” is a hip-hop R&B track with rhythmical bass and guitar riffs, according to SM Entertainment.
The lyrics — which Jaehyun is credited for participating in — are about a romantic moment shared with a partner inside a car.
Jaehyun debuted in 2016 as a member of boy band NCT U, with its digital single “The 7th Sense.” He is currently a member of several NCT subunits, such as NCT U, NCT 127 and NCT Dojaejung.
