LG Electronics Inc. will bring contemporary artworks by South Korean artists to a global audience via its organic light-emitting diode (OLED) screens.

The company said on Monday that it signed a sponsorship agreement with the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA). As part of the agreement, LG Electronics will serve as the title sponsor for a joint exhibition organized by the MMCA from 2025 to 2027 and offer visitors a unique art experience by combining its display technology with various artists’ creativity.

LG Electronics has been collaborating with art institutions for years. The company has been a global partner of annual contemporary art fair Frieze Art Fair since 2021 and collaborated with the National Museum of the Philippines more recently to use OLED TVs as digital canvases.
