Fadu showcases leadership in enterprise SSDs in Silicon Valley

South Korean data center semiconductor specialist Fadu has reinforced its leadership in the enterprise solid-state drive (eSSD) sector through ongoing collaborations with U.S. companies Western Digital (WDC) and Meta.

Recently, the company also forged a strategic partnership with China’s storage solutions expert, Biwin, marking its official entry into the Chinese market.

On Monday, Fadu revealed its achievements at the “2024 FMS” held in Silicon Valley, USA. FMS, the world’s largest semiconductor exhibition, took place from August 6 to 8. Fadu kicked off the event with a joint keynote presentation alongside Western Digital and Meta.

The company also expanded the scale of its exhibition booth at FMS.

Notably, Fadu unveiled the world’s first DRAM-less eSSD product, showcasing numerous innovative technologies required for next-generation eSSDs.

“We have demonstrated our leadership as a pioneering company by unveiling cutting-edge technologies essential for the future of eSSDs,” the company’s spokesperson said.
