Former members of girl group Fifty FiftySaena, Aran and Sio — signed an exclusive contract with a subsidiary of entertainment company IOK Company.

IOK Company signed the three former members to its recently established subsidiary Massive E&C, the company said Monday. The three members are set to begin their activities as a newly formed girl group in the latter half of this year.

Fifty Fifty used to be a four-member group but three members — except for Keena — left the group last October after filing an injunction against their former agency Attrakt for alleged mistreatment in June.

“We will actively support the skilled and passionate members in their growth on the international stage,” IOK Company said Monday. “The protagonists of the success story of ‘Cupid’ (2023) will write another one on the world stage.”

The girl group debuted in November 2022 and earned success with its song “Cupid,” which reached No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

IOK Company represents actors such as Ko Hyun-jung, Zo In-sung, Kim Ha-neul and Lee Sung-jae and musicians including Kim Tae-woo of boy band g.o.d and girl group Alice.

Fifty Fifty will return with its second EP on Sept. 20 with an almost entirely new lineup as a five-member girl group under Attrakt.
