After former Gyeonggi Gov. Kim Kyung-soo was known to be included in the list for reinstatement later this week after being released from jail two years ago through a presidential pardon for his opinion manipulation scheme before the 2016 presidential election, People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon and opposition Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung show different reactions.
