At least three critically injured after bus overturned in Barcelona

epa11481846 Emergency teams work at the site of an accident where a bus of workers from the Inditex group overturned at the entrance to a C-32 tunnel, near Pineda (Barcelona), Spain, 16 July 2024. At least three people have been critically injured in the accident, in which emergency teams have assisted a total of 52 passengers. According to the Medical Emergency System (SEM), the three critically injured have been evacuated in medical helicopters to the Vall d'Hebron hospitals in Barcelona, while another person seriously injured has been evacuated to the Blanes Hospital (Girona). Likewise, four other people have suffered less serious injuries and one has been evacuated to the Blanes Hospital (Girona) and three to the Mataro primary care emergency center (Barcelona).
