The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea (Amcham) launched the Young Professionals Program on Wednesday, a monthly networking event to connect young workers in their 20s and 30s with C-suite executives in various fields including tech.

The program is intended to serve as both a networking forum and a platform for in-depth discussion of business initiatives and policies impacting Amcham members in Korea, the chamber said.

Harrison Kim, country director of Google Korea, served as the inaugural mentor during the kickoff meeting on June 27, with a group of young professionals in attendance.
