Girl group NewJeans is set to make its "Supernatural" Japanese debut on Friday, with an offline pop-up store awaiting the quintet's dedicated fan club, Bunnies, and two meet and greets scheduled at Japan's largest stadium, Tokyo Dome.

The "Supernatural" pop-up store will simultaneously open on Wednesday in central Seoul's Myeong-dong and Tokyo's Shibuya, featuring the much-anticipated collaboration between NewJeans and art masters Takashi Murakami and Hiroshi Fujiwara.

Items on sale will include key rings, cushions, bags, pouches, badges and more, featuring the mashup between NewJeans' signature NJ Tokki rabbit character and Murakami's iconic flower art. The Japanese artist also created new characters for each member of NewJeans, which have been retouched by the creative team at IPX (formerly known as Line Friends).

Fujiwara's handwritten logos of NewJeans will also be available on T-shirts, bandanas, caps, bags and more, according to the girl group's agency ADOR. Interactive hands-on experiences will also be available at the stores.

Reservations for entry to the stores begin on Friday at 11 a.m., two hours before the grand release of NewJeans' first official Japanese single, "Supernatural," at 1 p.m.

"Supernatural" will feature four songs: title track "Supernatural," B-side track "Right Now" and the instrumental versions of the two songs. "Supernatural" has sampled parts of pop star Pharrell Williams' song "Right Now," which has been used as the theme song for Japanese commercials.

NewJeans will celebrate its Japanese debut with two meet and greets at the Tokyo Dome on Wednesday and Thursday. Member Hyein will "partially" take part in the event due to the injury she suffered to her foot last April.

The girl group will also appear on numerous Japanese television networks, including Fuji TV, TV Asahi and Nippon TV.

NewJeans left for Japan at the Gimpo International Airport on Thursday morning.
