Boy band WayV will go on its first concert tour “ON THE Way” in August, its agency SM Entertainment said Tuesday.
The concert tour will kick off in Nagoya on Aug. 17 and 18. WayV will then perform in Kobe on Sept. 22 and 23, Tokyo on Sept. 28 and 29, Jakarta on Oct. 5 and Bangkok on Nov. 2 and 3.
More dates of the tour will be added in the future, according to SM Entertainment. Group member Winwin will not be taking part in the tour. He also didn't participate in the latest album, “Give Me That,” released earlier this month.
WayV’s fifth EP “Give Me That,” released on June 3, topped iTunes' Top Album Chart in 19 regions. The album also topped the Digital Album Sales charts on Chinese streaming platforms QQ Music, Kugou Music and Wangyiyun Music.
WayV debuted in January 2019 with its first EP "The Vision" and is the China-based subunit of SM Entertainment's boy band NCT. To find out more about WayV, visit Celeb Confirmed!
