SK C&C launches AI chat system-based service

SK Inc. C&C, a South Korean digital solutions provider, announced on Monday that it will provide a service that assists employees in creating and using artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots.

The service, called MyBox, is based on Solur MyChat AI chatting service. It allows employees to develop and use AI chatbots for their tasks anytime. It also offers customized services for various job-specific AI applications, including financial information and market trend searches, report writing, coding, finance and accounting, legal compliance, purchasing and logistics, production management, marketing, and customer management.

By integrating with the company‘s business systems, MyBox enables tasks that typically require simple, repetitive communication—such as vacation requests or expense processing—to be handled through straightforward chat commands.

MyBox can be created by organizational units, such as teams or headquarters, allowing members to jointly operate tailored AI services.
