SK telecom to bolster global AI alliance at TM Forum

SK telecom Co. will launch the Global Telco Artificial Intelligence (AI) Alliance at the TM Forum, a global telecommunications and technology event held in Copenhagen that starts on Tuesday (local time).

The TM Forum serves as the industry‘s leading global alliance, with participants from more than 800 global telecommunications and big tech companies from around 110 countries.

Representing SK telecom at the event is Chief Executive Officer Ryu Young-sang, along with other executives responsible for the company’s AI initiatives. Around 250 attendees, including representatives from major telecom companies and big tech companies, are expected to join the roundtable event where Ryu will deliver the opening remarks.

SK telecom plans to showcase practical AI applications during the event, demonstrating functionalities such as real-time rate plan consultation as well as assisting customers with capabilities to manage tasks such as confirming and changing rate plans.
