Katseye, HYBE and Geffen Records' new girl group, will debut on June 28 at 1 p.m., the first girl group from HYBE to debut in the United States.
The girl group was formed through the audition program "The Debut: Dream Academy" (2023), which aired from September to November last year. The group consists of six members: Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia and Yoonchae.
During the airing of "The Debut: Dream Academy," fans from more than 220 regions joined the Katseye community on Weverse, according to HYBE on Friday in a press release. Currently, nearly 300,000 fans have joined the Katseye fan community.
Katseye's second single and EP will also be unveiled in July and August respectively, according to the agency.
GRAMMY.com included Katseye in the list of "11 Rookie K-pop Acts To Know In 2024," earlier this year in January.
