Stoke City midfielder Bae Jun-ho scored a screamer to mark his Korean national team debut on Thursday, calmly slotting in No. 6 in a 7-0 rout over Singapore.
Bae struck in the 79th minute at Singapore National Stadium, joining a scorecard that already included doubles for both Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-min and Paris Saint-Germain's Lee Kang-in and a goal for Ulsan Hyundai's Joo Min-kyu.
Wolverhampton Wanderers' Hwang Hee-chan added one more in the 82nd minute.
Bae received his first call-up for the Korean national team this week after finishing a confident debut season with Championship club Stoke. Voted the club Player of the Season by fans, the 20-year-old finished the campaign with two goals and six assists.
He came on in the 70th minute for Korea on Thursday, scoring nine minutes later.
