Housing prices are at a record high in six of Korea's 17 metropolitan municipalities including Seoul and Busan, according to data from Woori Bank's asset management consulting center published Monday.

Housing prices are at a record high in six of Korea's 17 metropolitan municipalities including Seoul and Busan, according to data from Woori Bank's asset management consulting center published Monday. A house buyer on average would need to pay 100 million won ($72,500) for every 3.3 square meters (35.5 square feet) in Seoul, or 60 million won for 3.3 square meters in Busan.
