FnGuide becomes first Kosdaq company to share value-up plan

FnGuide Inc., a financial services company, has become the first among Kosdaq-listed companies to unveil its corporate value-up plan.

FnGuide shared the plan via KIND on Friday, the corporate disclosure platform of the Korea Exchange.

The plan outlines targets to be achieved in the mid-to-long term, including achieving a return on equity (ROE) of 18 percent over the next five years, maintaining an average annual sales growth rate of 15 percent, and ensuring a reliable dividend payout alongside sustained growth.

FnGuide will implement strategic initiatives to fuel growth. The strategies involve expanding its business-to-consumer (B2C) services, bolstering its index capabilities, and harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to enhance operations.

The company also pledged to prioritize shareholder interests by enhancing investor communication through expanded IR sessions and improved communication channels.
