Child Birth Trauma Inquiry calls for overhaul of maternity care

The Birth Trauma Inquiry has reported harrowing evidence from over thirteen hundred women, some of which said they were left in blood-soaked sheets, while others said their children had suffered injuries due to medical negligence during delivery.
