After the government announced a plan to bring medical doctors from foreign countries to fill the vacancies left by trainee doctors on a walkout to protest the government’s plan to increase medical school admissions quota, Lim Hyun-taek, president of the Korea Medical Association (KMA), posted on social media a photo of the commencement ceremony of a medical school in Somalia.
