Luxury platform Jente partners with Fapis for repair services

Luxury goods platform Jente on Monday announced a collaboration with Fapis to provide after-sales service to its customers. Fapis is a premium repair service platform that connects customers with luxury repair specialists nationwide.

Customers can request repair estimates and compare prices, repair skills, and average turnaround hours of various repair specialists at a glance via the Fapis app.

Jente’s partnership with Fapis aims to provide ongoing maintenance services even after product purchases. Customers who have made purchases on Jente at least once will have access to luxury repair services via Fapis’ nationwide network. Exclusive repair discounts will also be offered to Jente’s purchasing customers in the future.

Jente said it plans to enhance customer satisfaction by offering a one-stop service from purchase to repair with the Fapis collaboration.
