Rapper and producer Zico's collaboration with Blackpink's Jennie, titled "SPOT!," will be released on April 26, his agency, KOZ Entertainment, said Thursday.
"SPOT!," Zico's 11th digital single, is a hip-hop track that revolves around two friends bumping into each other at a late-night party, according to the agency.
A short 20-second teaser of the song was released on Thursday at noon through Zico's social media accounts. Behind-the-scenes videos and pictures of the recording process will follow in the coming days, the agency said.
This year marks Zico's 10th anniversary of debut as a solo artist. Having debuted as a member of boy band Block B in 2011, Zico began his solo endeavors with the digital single "Tough Cookie" in 2014 and has since been renowned for his song-making skills throughout the K-pop scene.
"SPOT!" comes as Zico's first new music release in a year and nine months. His last release was the EP "Grown Ass Kid" in July 2022.
It will also be the first song by Jennie since she founded her own agency Odd Atelier last November.
