SK telecom introduces AI-based screen consultation service

SK telecom Co. announced on Thursday that it is providing customers with tablets equipped with real-time screen mirroring at its officially-certified stores, which will offer AI-based consultation services.

The newly introduced T Screen Sharing service allows customers visiting the stores for tasks such as new subscriptions or device changes to directly view the screen shared by the consultation staff on the tablet.

This enables them to comprehensively review subscription information and usage pattern data.

The customer-exclusive tablet screen shares the entire consultation process, and AI-based recommendations for optimized product information can be provided to the customers, the company said.

SK telecom expects that through T Screen Sharing, the necessary tasks from device change consultations to activation will be simplified from the existing 13 steps to 5 steps, reducing unnecessary paper usage as well.
