Peru to present the possible case of a 124-year-old man as the oldest person in the world

The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion of Peru reported that it is taking steps to present the case of Abad to the Guinness Record, so that he can be recognized as the oldest person in the world. Until now, the oldest man in the world was Venezuelan Juan Vicente Perez, who died in 2022 at the age of 114, and currently, the oldest is Englishman John Tinniswood, at 111 years and 223 days.
