Jennie of girl group Blackpink is preparing for a solo comeback, her agency Odd Atelier said Sunday.
The announcement was in response to a local news report that Jennie will release her solo music in June.
"Jennie is working on her album, but the date of her comeback has not been fixed yet," the agency said.
Odd Atelier is Jennie's label, which she established last year after her individual activities contract with YG Entertainment expired.
All four members of Blackpink — Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa — will continue their group activities with YG, where they all debuted as Blackpink in 2016, but they will also continue their individual activities elsewhere. Find out more about Jennie and Blackpink at Celeb Confirmed
