Plaster casts of Pompeii re-accessible after maintenance
epa11249532 Plaster casts of twisted bodies who died during the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD are on display Pompeii, southern Italy, 29 March 2024. These casts are exhibited in a new area accessible after maintenance work in Via di Nocera. Among the casts on display, one is in the original position of discovery, depicting an adult man.
