SK telecom offers AI Copywriter service

SK telecom Co. has introduced a subscription-based artificial intelligence (AI) contact center and an AI Copywriter that automatically generates advertising copy, the company said on Wednesday.

SKT AI CCaaS, the cloud-based monthly subscription contact center, offers functionalities such as call infrastructure, consultation applications (apps), AI solutions, dedicated lines, consultation personnel, and system operation agency.

SK telecom applied voice recognition technology, AI chatbots and call bots that automatically respond and provide optimal answers to customer inquiries.

It also applied technology that organizes and analyzes the contents of conversations after consultation.

The AI Copywriter is a generative AI service that creates advertising and promotional copy in seconds, using the Enterprise AI Market, a generative AI platform for enterprises and public use released in January 2024.

It can generate more than tens of thousands of ad copy per month and can be immediately integrated into existing platforms, SK telecom said.

The company emphasized that it is also making progress in the business-to-business (B2B) space, winning the AI contact center business from SK rent-a-car Co.

It has also secured SK stoa Co. and benepia as customers for the AI Copywriter.
