Around 1200 game fans will meet in a Cologne exhibition hall for the so-called Gamescom LAN, a new event for a trend that peaked over twenty years ago when not every house had fast internet. The LAN party also features e-sport tournaments with prize money in games such as Counter-Strike, League of Legends and Rocket League. A special feature of the Gamescom LAN is that some stars of the web video scene such as HandOfBlood, Elias Nerlich and HoneyPuu will also be there.The event runs from 15 to 17 March 2024.
