Hyundai Motor announces hiring for positions in six fields

Hyundai Motor Company is poised to recruit experienced professionals across six fields, including research and development (R&D), information technology (IT), business planning, management support, production, and design.

The automaker plans to recruit talent in more than 50 positions within R&D in particular to drive new businesses and accelerate its transition towards a software-defined vehicle (SDV)-centric automotive paradigm.

The application process will be open from Friday until 5:00 PM on April 1st, 2024. Detailed information regarding specific job requirements, application procedures, and eligibility criteria for each position can be found on the company’s recruitment website (talent.hyundai.com).

Hyundai Motor will also begin implementing a monthly recruitment notice for experienced professionals, with job postings scheduled to be updated on the recruitment website every Friday of the month.

By adopting a monthly recruitment process, prospective applicants will have the advantage of anticipating recruitment cycles and allowing for better preparation, as job postings will be regularly updated without the need for continuous monitoring, the company said.
